Rental Information

Free rehearsal hour Monday thru Thursday the week of your event!
Free planning hour Monday thru Wednesday!



~ Leave Chapel close to how you found it. Sweep out and remove garbage, decor to trash and recycle bins outside.  There is a $95 re-stocking, Re-staging and detail cleaning fee.
~ BTC Staff help $45/hr Examples: moving pews and setting up tables after ceremony. Opening chapel and showing how to close up. Onsite assistance during the entire event. Subject to availability.
~ Deposits/Payments 50% of rental price is required to secure date. Remaining 50%, plus security deposit, fees and add-ons due 30 days prior to event date. $25/week late fee on balances due. $25 charge for NSF, returned checks. Credit payments accepted through Paypal with 3% fee added on.
~ Rental time period includes all set-up, photo, event time & cleanout...reserving ample time greatly reduce stress. Enjoy your special day!

Extra Event Hours

~ Must be scheduled ahead. Overage charge on event date is double rental rate.

~ Refundable Security Deposit: Ceremony only $150; Ceremony & Reception $250. (For damages, missing items, overage time, over capacity, and extra cleaning/garbage).

Hour Change

~ May add hours anytime allowing check to clear and if available. No credit for cutting hours 10 days after booking. Overage of access times or unauthorized access charged double hourly rate.







Event Insurance


~ Rental party or server/provider should obtain liability Insurance. A "Certificate of Liability" naming you, caterer, and Bell Tower Chapel as insureds can be obtained either by the rental party or by the caterer of the event. Your homeowner's insurance policy possibly can issue a one day rider for bodily injury and property damage in the amount of $500,000. Caterer or bartender should have liquor liability insurance. Private servers are recommended to obtain 1-day liquor license.  Or go to




~ Within 10 days of booking are refundable, less $100 booking fee. After 10 days, deposit is forfeited. Cancelations less than 30 days prior to event date require balance of contract to be paid to Bell Tower Chapel within 30 days.
~ Date Change: A one-time date change is allowed 120 days or more prior to rental date. Rebooking to be made 60 days from canceling original date.
There is a 30% rebooking fee and the original deposit is applied to new date.




Bell Tower Chapel Pricing Includes

~ Free Rehearsal and Planning hour Monday thru Wednesday. Thursday or Friday possible within 30 days of event.
~ On call support during your event.
~ Tables, chairs, candleabra's, electric organ w/piano mode, sound system, all furniture and decor in chapel, and use of all grounds.
~ Tenant removing garbage and recyclables outside to provided cans, broom out and return tables/chairs clean to racks, etc inside.
~ Tenant removing decorations and excessive mess garbage etc from building and grounds.
~ Items taken from premises will be charged new market value if not returned within 3 days of rental date.

~ Some minor changes may occur at owners discretion due to missing, worn or broken fixtures and or improvements to the property.
